This allows for: • clarity when booking • realistic timing • customized styling without confusion • a smoother, luxury experience for every client How the Tier System Works: • Tiers are indicators of time spent, not just the style • During your appointment, your desired look is achieved within the time of the tier you selected • This allows flexibility for natural hair styles, loc services, protective styling, and treatments without clients needing to guess a style name 👉🏾If you’re unsure which tier to choose, a consultation or concierge booking is recommended. ADD-ONS & SPECIALTY SERVICES Professional hair treatments, trims, touch-ups, and scalp services are offered as Crown Care Add-Ons and may be selected alongside your tier appointment. 📌 Hair Color Notice: Hair color services are included only with Tier 3 appointments. All other tiers require consultation and stylist approval prior to booking. 📍 LOCATION & POLICIES (UNCHANGED / STREAMLINED) • Location: Wilmington, DE 19801 • Ages: 4+ only • Appointment Only | Online Booking Priority • Official Off Days: Sundays & Mondays • Emergency Appointments: $50 upcharge | approval required 💳 DEPOSITS & PREP • Deposits are required for select services (non-refundable, applied to balance) • Hair must be detangled prior to arrival or a preparation fee will apply • No style changes on the day of your appointment ⏰ LATE POLICY (UNCHANGED) • 10 mins: grace period with communication • 15 mins: late fee applied • 20+ mins: appointment canceled & remaining balance charged 💌 COMMUNICATION BOUNDARY Restoring Natural Beauty is a solo-owned, appointment-based business. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for considering Restoring Natural Beauty. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and to honor the time of our service professionals, we’ve established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. 2. No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: Clients who do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged the full remaining balance of the service. No-shows may also result in being restricted from booking future appointments online. 3. Emergency Situations: We understand that life happens. In the event of a true emergency (hospitalization, accident, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you in good faith. Examples of Chargeable Situations: • Canceling a $150 service less than 48 hours before = $45 fee • No-call/no-show for a $200 appointment = $200 charge Why This Policy Exists: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill, impacting our schedule and other clients waiting to book. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and policies.
