Official Off Days: Sundays + Mondays My business hours are by appointment only, and priority is given to clients who book online. If you require services outside my regular hours, please reach out. A convenience fee will apply, and arrangements may be made if availability allows. Location: Wilmington, DE 19801 Ages 4+ only. No extra guests unless approved. Booking Policies & Expectations • 💳 $25 deposit required for selected services (non-refundable; goes toward balance). • 💰 Payments accepted: cash or card. • 🧼 Hair must be detangled prior to arrival or a $20 fee will be added. • Hair must be 4 inches or longer; no blunt cuts. • No style changes on the day of your appointment. Late Policy • 10 mins late = grace period with communication • 15 mins late = $15+ fee • 20+ mins = appointment canceled and remaining balance charged Emergency Appointments • $50 upcharge • Must contact stylist first for approval 📩 Communication Disclaimer At Restoring Natural Beauty, I deeply value every client and inquiry.
